Synthetic Market Risk Disclosure

Avexum Synthetic markets are internal algorithmic simulations. They are not cryptocurrencies, securities, public blockchain assets or claims against any external reserve.

There is no order book, market maker, holder count, external liquidity or market capitalization. Prices and probability odds are generated by a deterministic engine configured by Avexum and operate independently of user positions.

Your maximum loss is the fixed risk amount committed to a position. Avexum does not offer leverage in this module. One-minute and five-minute probability positions settle automatically at expiry.

Probability entries are bounded between 20¢ and 80¢. A correct contract settles at $1 and an incorrect contract settles at $0, which prevents extreme 1¢ entries from creating distorted 100x payouts.

Markets may be paused automatically when exposure limits or engine integrity controls are reached. Results use internal platform balances and may be affected by configured payout rules.

By accepting this disclosure, you acknowledge the difference between Synthetic markets and Avexum Launchpad assets and agree not to interpret synthetic prices as real-world asset prices.
